Job Description
To set up and manage a new fostering project for an independent fostering management service. You will be interviewing and managing potential foster carers and should have previous experience in this. You will need to be an extrovert and team orientated and used to working with ethnic minorities. The ideal candidate will have set up a service before or have had experience of working in an independent fostering agency as a senior social worker.
